On the mechanism for support of distributed energy

In the article the need of formation of a new approach to justification of projects of the distributed power is shown. The option which can increase investment appeal of the specified projects is offered. It is noted, what exactly absence of high-quality power supply and, as a result, impossibility of expansion of production, development of small and medium business, the reasons there are not people in the Russian territories.
