The mechanism of ensuring the state defensive needs in context of formation of federal contract system

This article analyzes the key approaches to the justification of the content and structure of a mechanism to ensure national defense needs in the emerging federal contracting system. The article discusses the need for integration of project management in the mechanism for national defense purposes, and also the possibility of monitoring the performance of public contracts for the state defense order.
