Mechanisms of post-reform recovery of domestic electric power

Negative consequences of reforming of the Russian power industry are presented in the article. The review of foreign experience of reforming of power industry is given. The theoretical analysis of influence of a rent factor in electricity generation is carried out, the role of a rent factor in market pricing of the electric power is defined, and the proposals on creation of the mechanism of rent encumbrance of power industry are formulated.
