Rent mechanism of environmental management in Russia

In the article "market structure" of mechanism of the rent relations between the subject owner (state) of natural and resource fund and subjects- of natural resources within functioning of the controlled natural and resource market is defined. The principles, stages and the organization of estimation of cost of rights of use by natural objects as key parameter of this mechanism of the rent relations are formulated.
