Natural agro-potential as basis of food security of Russia

The article is devoted to research natural agro-potential to Russia. The size, territorial differentiation and efficiency of use natural agro-potential in different regions of the country are considered. Various aspects of food security are shown; the main reasons for the crisis phenomena in agriculture are established. On the basis of the analysis of consequences of agrarian transformations conclusions are drawn on need of creation of regional comprehensive programs of development of agriculture.
