Academic principles of science and education as a factor in modernization of higher education

The problems of the higher school considerably define prospects of national development. For this reason its modernization becomes an actual task at the present stage. The carried-out analysis of the Charter of the Russian Academy of Sciences (1724-1965), its historical experiment on management of science and education allows to track evolution of principles of providing a high professional standard of experts, to formulate principles of improvement of modern educational process.
