Russian NGO Development trends in international comparativistic

In the article the results of the secondary analysis are presented by foreign scientists of researches of the noncommercial sector generalization which allowed to allocate the main characteristics of non-profit organizations (NPO) opening attributive signs of their positioning. The quantitative description of trends of NPO positioning in economy of inter-country comparativisticsis are carried out. The structure of NPO income on sources of the countries is analyzed, including Russia, problems of NPO development are revealed.
