Currently there are a lot of offers on educational services. Therefore the active competition between educational institutions and higher education institutions is observed. However market is not only offer, but also consumption. It is important to understand, what segments of the market will be target for this or that educational service, for educational institution. The basic question is how demand for educational service is formed from the population, and what aspects influence on this process. Demographic processes have direct impact on the education market because they are key processes in competitive fight of educational institutions.
