Organizational and legal regulation of science-intensive investment process of Russian economy

The article investigates the problems of institutional investment management intensive processes to develop mechanisms to enhance investment in domestic enterprises of high-tech sector. Low demand for innovations from the most part of types of economic activity is revealed. It is noted that now technological updating of production leans mainly on import of technologies, instead of on domestic development.
