The problems of investment projects of the development of gold fields in Eastern Yakutia are analyzed in the article. The measures of state policy includes: measures of fiscal policy, the liberalization of the licensing system, the stimulation of long-term demand for gold and production of the gold production from technogenic dumps. It is also proposed to segment the business of exploration and production.
