The article reviews the exploration companies valuation methodology and attempts to highlight peculiarities of valuation application in the Russian economy. Using a real valuation results from one of the Russian silver mining sites, an integrated valuation technique is proposed, which considers specific industry, commodity and stage of the mine’s development.
