Barak Obama’s new military doctrine and Russia’s national interests

The new military doctrine of the USA aimed at decrease in level of defensive expenses and the American military presence abroad is analyzed. It has less aggressive character, than at previous doctrines. However cause concern intention of the USA to have unlimited access to global natural resources and ways of their transportation, uncertainty of the American plans concerning the EUROABM, a rate on strengthening fight against "cyber-terrorism" (Russia is accused of being involved in it).
