The role of public authorities and local authorities in ensuring equal rights and self-determination of peoples of Russia in the context of national policies in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

The activity of public authorities on creation of ideas of international equality, mutual understanding, tolerance and development of civil, legal multinational society is able to weaken in nationally-ethnic consciousness the various prejudices related to the nationalistic displays and permanent untwisting of «international question» are presented in the article. The complex of measures for the further effective decision of nationally-state problems of development and providing national policies is offered.
