The main directions and specific features of the private-public partnership implementation in Russia’s intensive and multifactor space activities are analyzed in the article. The possible sequence of attraction of non-state business to rendering of space services of economic appointment is defined and proved. Features of partnership are considered at the solution of problems of basic space researches and space development.
