In the article, the positive impact of new forms of payment for primary care and the branch system of payment for health care workers on the quality of care, activities of the hospital and outpatient care are highlighted. The improving basic health and demographic indicators, increased salaries of medical workers, including primary care physicians were increased funding for outpatient care.
