Analysis of the results of the housing policy in Russia

In the basis of the housing policy in the Russian Federation is federal target program «Housing», started in 2002 under the national project «Affordable and Comfortable Housing - to Russian citizens». This article presents a detailed analysis of this program for years 2002 - 2010. The ineffectiveness of current policies in housing and housing distribution in Russia is presented in this article.
