Regional features of a policy of employment in rural territories

The possibility of the formation and development of differentiated spheres of employment, capable of supporting not only the employment of rural residents in alternative agriculture industry, but also improve their quality of life are greatly reduced. Given the complex socio-economic situation in most rural regions of Russia, it is clear that the activity level of employment policy is a key factor for sustainable development of rural areas. However, at this point a number of unresolved problems associated with qualitative changes in employment and employment in rural areas remains. The key aspects of the diverse areas of employment in rural areas are identified and highlighted.
