Contradictions and problems of reforming of domestic high schools at a stage of construction of information society and economy of knowledge

In the article the author presents research of contradictions and problems of modernization of domestic high schools in the conditions of an information society and economy of knowledge. External contradictions of economy of knowledge, and internal, determined as by contradictions of economy of knowledge, and not sequence of measures of process of modernization of key subjects of system are revealed. The spectrum of contradictions revealed during the analysis, generates a number of problems of modernization of educational institutions. Results of the analysis can be used controls formation, administration of educational institutions by working out of an educational, administrative, scientific and enterprise policy.
