The article is devoted research of regional natural agropotential. It is considered geographical differentiation and efficiency in the use of different types of environment. It is offered the analysis of the negative ecological processes that reduce soil fertility. It is proposed options for improving of existing territorial organization of the Agriculture of the Republic of Mordovia on the basis of rational use of natural agropotentsiala territory and socio-economic conditions of the territory.
