At the present time functions of the state control which is carried out in housing and communal services demand strengthening of their legal regulation and improvement of jurisdictional activities of state structures. The analytical material under the current legislation in sphere of housing and communal services and the recommendation about perfection of the housing legislation are shown in this article.
