In the article theoretical approaches of problems of quality of life and the well-beings of the population forming the concept of improvement of quality of life are systematized. The scheme of construction of model of processes self-appraisal of quality of life on criterion "safety-quality" by means of development of indicators of quality of life and conformity of the given purpose of economic model of quality of life is offered.
