Innovative Russia: in the search strategy

In the article on the basis of the analysis of the project « Innovative Russia - 2020 » it is shown that the funds do not serve to achieve its goals. Its acceptance in the presented kind will complicated recover of the Russian economic organism and for long years will postpone returning the Russian Federation in numbers of the countries with harmoniously developing spheres of manufacture.
