Monitoring of realisation of the State program till 2012 in Republic Tatarstan is carried out. The general results of realisation of the State program in the conditions of the crisis phenomena in economy in 2008-2009 are considered. Results of sociological research of the relation of young rural families and specialists to going measures of improvement of living conditions are shown. The special attention is given to the characteristic of living conditions and a financial position of respondents, degree and perspectives of their participation in the State program.
