Economic and theoretical basics of economic modernization (to question about actual and pseudo-modernization)

The point of the article is the theoretical basis of a specific aspect of modernization of the Russian economy: it concerns the extent of the mechanism of socially-responsible impact on economic modernization. The problem of innovative development as pseudo-modernization is considered. It is accounted the idea of sensitivity of an economy to different innovative development scenarios which includes the real and imaginary, rational and irrational factors of influence. It is offered the method of structural levels of economic performance and interdependence of the social and economic relations.
