In article are discussed methodological approaches to estimation of eGovernment program realization in the Russian Federation regions. Author proposse estimation procedure of quantitative and qualitative indexes of eGovernment projects implementation and its approbation results as exemplified by regions of Southern Federal District. There is also described positive experience of eGovernment implementation in activity of Administrations of regions of Southern Federal District.
