The article justifies the need for further development of the practice of state and municipal services through a network of multi-functional centers on the basis of standardization. Presents the experience of providing public services in the region of the Russian Federation - Volgograd region. Identified criteria for effective implementation of works to improve the quality of public and municipal services. Identify problems and formulate the direction of multi-functional centers on the basis of a unified automated information system.
