In modern conditions in Republic Tatarstan a task in view on working out of standard base and the mechanisms stimulating development of housing co-operatives and building savings banks. These are two independent directions, demanding working out of a complex of specialized mechanisms. In article the estimation of prospects of the decision of the given problems is given.
