Government industrial policy as an instrument of the national economics modernization

In connection with the ripened necessity of qualitative development of a national economy of Russia the problem of working out and realization of the state industrial policy in our country has recently got a big urgency. In the present article there is an analyze of the purposes, directions, kinds and methods of an industrial policy at federal and regional levels. The conclusion is: only competently developed and realized state industrial policy will allow to make natural and productive industrial cooperation of small business with average and large business, the state enterprises, to deduce the domestic industry on qualitatively new level and to create in national economy a sustainable development tendency for many years forward.
