The article deals with the process of financial supply for rendering of state and municipal services in the regions of the Russian Federation. It contains definitions of state (municipal) services and state (municipal) assignment . The summary of regional experience of financial supply for rendering of state and municipal services, forms of payment and their addressability has been presented in the article. Some specific measures which enable to shape a solid basis to ensure rendering of state and municipal services have been offered in the article.
