External economic problematics of development of oil complex: strategic context

In the clause the short review of a current state and a price movement on oil at global level is presented, base factors of development of oil industry during the postcrisis period are generalized. High variability of the prices for the oil, the growing importance of an oil complex in the decision of social and economic tasks, objective processes of proceeding integration of the countries in global power space determine an urgency of strategy development of a national oil complex. On an example of Russia the mechanism of strategy development of external positioning of an oil complex of the country is presented.
