The role of the Russian enterprises in stimulation of the reproductive activity: problems and solutions

In the conditions of proceeding demographic crisis the social responsibility of the Russian business should include the necessity of its participation in the formation of the population's reproductive activity. In the article the possible mechanisms of this participation are resulted. The experience of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works OJSC in respect of developing and realizing of such programs is described.
