Monitoring of realization of the State program till 2012 in Republic Tatarstan is carried out. The general results of realization of the State program in the conditions of the crisis phenomena in economy in 2008-2009 are considered. Results of sociological research of the relation of owners of personal subsidiary economy to going measures of the State program are shown. The special attention is given the characteristic of PSE, degree of participation in the State program and perspectives of development of economy.
