Perfection of management of state-private partnership in building

In conditions of modernization of economic a problem of search and adaptation of new principles of management by the large integrated structures including participation of the state, becomes even more actual. In the present work the concept of perfection of management is developed by the state-private partnership (SPP), allowing to optimize use of resources and actives. It is concluded that major factors of increase of management efficiency SPP should become an innovational basis and use of achievements of information technologies is made.
