Opportunities and restrictions for the way of modernization of Russian national economy

In article the characteristic of features of Russian national economy development now is given, its transitive character is proved on the basis of such attributes as uncertainty, instability, alternativeness and discrepancy of economic development. Characteristic features of national economy, such as transitive character, features of national psychology, religious - ethical development, geographically - climatic situation from a position of formation of opportunities and restrictions for a way of domestic economy modernization are analyzed. The model of modernization existing in Russia is analyzed; its influence on an opportunity of transition to innovational type of development is appreciated.
