Planning and forecasting role in the agrofood policy of the country

Carrying out of a competent modern agrofood policy of the state directed on acceptance of a series of measures on development of domestic agrarian and industrial complex, is impossible without use of all set of economic forecasts, plans and programs.
     In the given work the basic theoretical categories of forecasting and planning are considered. The analysis of formed system of the state forecasting and planning is carried out. The complex of methods is offered, the algorithm of forecasting and planning in agrarian and industrial complex at branch and regional levels is resulted. Concepts of stability prognosis and plans, and also a sustainable development of rural territories reveal. And also the basic approaches to strategic planning in agrarian sphere are considered.
