In article the basic tendencies of professional development in the conditions of globalization are considered. Мodern representation about formation of adults as a phenomenon of world culture, as the force overcoming the contradictions of a civilization, a source of continuous development of the person in a trade is given. The author underlines the importance ofaсmeological technologies and technologies of critical thinking in the organization of career support of teacher.
