Analysis of labour satisfaction formation and its dynamics is one of the significant problems of the present-day life, where satisfaction is regarded as an important figure of effective work of organizations. The article contains the results of analysis of labour satisfaction level of the staff in the police stations of Taganrog and analysis of insurance arrangements of office-workers. The ways of satisfaction formation were suggested.
