Public purchases quality in information economy

The author defines the components of public purchases quality in modern conditions of information economy, such as the process quality and the quality of result counted as high degree of public requirements satisfaction. The factors preventing the process and the result quality achievement on different stages of purchasing cycle are revealed. Тhe article shows the ways of optimization of public purchases modern institutional model.
