Tax stimulation innovations of business as strategic direction of modernization of the Russian economy

In the present job the principles of construction of effective tax system are determined; the major factors and tendencies of its functioning are revealed, that has allowed the author to show influence of existing tax politics on effective development innovations of business. The forms of tax stimulation innovations of activity are considered. The conclusion about a growing role of tax stimulation as strategic direction of modernization of economy of Russia focused on innovations business is made.
