Key directions of development of municipal financial control in the Russian Federation

Control activity in local government system can't be changed by the state financial control, municipal financial control is necessary as an obligatory element of uniform system of financial control in the Russian Federation and the tool providing increase of efficiency of an expenditure of budgetary funds at local level, equation of local budgets, strengthening of responsibility and expansion of independence of participants of budgetary process of municipal level. In article the basic directions of development of municipal financial control are proved.
