The motivate mechanism of increasing the effectiveness of bank institutions in Russia

The basic priorities, directions of development, strategic tasks of motivation mechanism were stated in the article. The mechanism purpose is to favor the realization of institutional roles of banks. With the help of the system of qualitative indices basic trends of development were exposed. They allow defining the direction of changing of effectiveness of bank institutions in Russia. Tasks set the motivate mechanism to be fulfilled were stated in this article.
