Motivation of entrepreneur in his work is as important as an employee motivation during work process, because the entrepreneurial initiative is the engine of progress and promotes the development and establishment of improved market forms of management. In the article are considered the basic problems of motivation and incentive entrepreneurship, as well as their forms and development prospects in Russia.
