Implementation of project management methods in programs of regional education cluster

Changes occurring in the social and economic sphere of the country as a whole and all its regions, coping with global crisis and the toll on the local labor markets require effective use of all available resources and their management. Creating educational cluster allows to solve several problems in the framework of the strategic goal ? the sustainable development of progressive economy sectors in the region ? through the development of skills of qualified personnel. As part of its operation is actualized part of continuing professional education, which serves as the corrections arising imbalance between regional labor markets and educational services, as well as the creation outstripping the supply of labor. The system of continuing professional education realizes its activity mainly due to a number of projects, which due to its mobility, adaptability can progressively change the structure of training to meet the requirements of the regional economy.
