Resources policy as a world energy sustainable factor

World economy crises made local and global energy supply problem aggravated. Primary energy users and transport besides remain to be the biggest environment pollutants, oil and natural gas prices are in volatility. The article observes resources policy as a world energy sustainable factor. Special attention is given to global ecology and resources policy interplay in conventions, declarations, conferences, meetings and other UN events since 1972 up to now. Application resources policy principles in regional and national strategy for economic and social development are given more reasons.
