Financial maintenance of military safety the states on the basis of the intermediate term budgeting focused on result

Now management of the state financial resources is carried out within the limits of reforming of the budgetary process expressed by the main thing about-at once in introduction of a program target method of budgetary planning, directed on maintenance of direct interrelation between distribution of budgetary resources and planned results of their use according to priorities of the state financial policy. In the present work bases of financial maintenance of military safety are considered, advantages and introduction problems in military budgetary process of the intermediate term budgeting focused on result, as tool of increase of efficiency of the state military expenses are defined.
