Modernization: the basic aspects of modernization project formation, a state role, as basic project coordinator

In n article the basic approaches to understanding of modernization essence, value for a society of the modernization project are considered. The central organizing role of national idea in modernizations of social-economic system of Russia, its basic aspects are characterized. Approaches to a substantiation of necessity of complex transformation of a society work system  which underlie a successful modernization project realization are designated. The basic aspects of the modernization project are characterized, the coordinating role of the state in it is proved, the basic directions of participation of the state in modernization the project as a whole are outlined.
