In modern conditions the analysis of investment activity gets still the big urgency. In the present work various aspects of investment activity are analysed, the current state is estimated, conditions and results of investment activity in Russia are considered. The conclusion that in the conditions of world financial crisis processes of dynamic integration which are characterized by high rates of annual changes of macroeconomic indicators as growth of foreign investments, concentration of the capital, a capital intensity of scientific researches are observed is drawn, etc.
