Article is devoted research of influence of innovative factor on the country global competitiveness within limits of international ratings and comparisons of states. Problem zones of development of Russia are allocated as subject of modern global economic relations recommendations in a direction of increase of its level of competitiveness from tendencies of innovative development during the postcrisis period are made.
