Middle class as a necessary condition modernizations of the russian economy: problems of formation and prospect of growth

In conditions of modernization the problem of formation of middle class gets the increasing urgency. In this connection in job the features and criterion of middle class are determined, the estimation of parameters of a level, structure and differentiation of the incomes is given, that has allowed the author to reveal social barriers interfering formation of middle class. The conclusion is made that on the foreground modernization of development of Russia, concerning prospects of growth of middle class, the task of decrease(reduction) of an inequality should be put forward.
