Globalization leads to increased interstate economic cooperation. National interests of Russia and Ukraine need to realize the potential of mutual cooperation in the economy. From the perspective of evolutionary economics, systematized the factors contributing to the economic partnership among countries. Introduced an evolutionary concept of «the Economic Garden».
